Samsung has just announced four new Galaxy Phones – Here’s your first look at each

Samsung revealed Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10 5G

Samsung on Wednesday announced their new lineup of premium Galaxy S10 phones. These expensive new phones are solid devices but may not appeal to people who already own last year’s Galaxy S9.

The new Samsung Galaxy S10 family includes the Galaxy S10e, the Galaxy S10, the Galaxy S10+, and the Galaxy S10 5G. Here’s what you need to know about them.

The Galaxy S10e

Price: Starting at $749
Release date: March 8

The Galaxy S10e is an answer to iPhone XR. The phone doesn’t have all the beefy features of Galaxy S10 and S10+ such as the new advanced cameras, curved and sharp display, and on-screen fingerprint reader.

The phone does have a Qualcomm 855 processor just like the other 3 Samsung Galaxy S10 phones. It is meant to be the cheapest version of the phone for the masses.

Notable features of Galaxy S10e

12-megapixel back camera – The camera automatically switches to a wide-angle lens if you use the zoom out function. This lets you fit more people in the picture. It is also good for landscape photos where you need to capture more stuff.

Wireless power share – This new feature lets you wirelessly charge any other device near you that is using the Qi charging standard. The technology can also automatically charge Samsung’s new wireless earbuds, the Galaxy buds.

Standard fingerprint sensor – The standard fingerprint sensor is built on the side of the phone. You can also use facial recognition to unlock the phone.

128 GB of Storage – All Samsung Galaxy phones feature at least 128GB of storage.

IP68 water-resistant – This essentially means you can drop your phone in a pool of water and never worry about any water damage.

Samsung Galaxy S10

Price: Starting at $899
Release date: March 8

The Galaxy S10 has almost all the features of its bigger brother the S10+. The only real difference is that this version has a smaller screen and does not have a front facing camera that has portrait mode.

The phone has a 6.1-inch screen which is a tad bit smaller from the Galaxy S10+ 6.4 inch display.

Notable features of the Galaxy S10

Infinity-O Screen – Samsung has just upgraded its flagship phone with a better screen. The new Infinity-O Screen is not only more colorful, but it is also sharper. There is only a tiny cut on the top of the screen where the camera is situated, otherwise, the front is covered with screen.

In-screen fingerprint reader – The biggest change in the new Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+ is the new on-screen fingerprint reader. To unlock your phone, you’ll just need to tap the bottom of your display.

Wide angle zoom lens camera – The Samsung Galaxy S10 features a wide-angle zoom camera that allows you to fit in more people in the picture. The camera also has a12MP 2x Zoom lens which makes sure your pictures are clearer when you zoom on things or people.

The Samsung Galaxy S10+

Price: Starting at $999
Release date: March 8

This is the biggest and most feature-rich phone in the new line of Samsung Galaxy S10 phones. The phone has all the features found in Samsung Galaxy S10e and S10 with a bigger screen and a front-facing camera for portrait selfies.

Notable features of Samsung Galaxy S10+

The phone has all the features of the above two phones except a bigger screen and 128 GB of storage with 8GB of RAM.

The Galaxy S10 5G
