Pakistani food emerged favorite amongst 50 other cuisines at an Indian food festival

The annual charity event, DCWA International Bazaar held by the Commonwealth Women’s Union in New Delhi (DCWA) saw a participation of over 50 diplomatic agencies and organizations in India, including Pakistan.

Every nation at the charity event had set up a booth with their cuisine as well as cultural products.

Amongst 50 booths, Pakistan’s booth emerged a fan favorite as people were seen swarming the booth as soon as they had set their eyes on food that looked and smelt familiar.

The Pakistani booth was being handled by Chef Yasir Suleman who helped in the preparation of Pakistani fan favorite items like Chicken Tikka, Biryani, Chapli Kebab, Chicken Malai Boti, and more.

The participation of Pakistan’s booth was managed by the Ladies Club of Pakistan High Commission. It was led by Pakistan’s High Commissioner to India’s wife, Mahwish Sohail Mahmood.

The charity event was attended by members of the Delhi-based diplomatic corps and many other people from various social circles of the capital.

Pakistan’s stall was a roaring success, proving once again that when it comes to food, Pakistan has some of the best-tasting food in the world.
