Highlights from Lahore’s recent Vintage Car Rally

Fourteen unique cars ranging from 1935 to 1965 model including Mercedes & Beatle Ford participated in the rally

Auto shows have become a major trend in Pakistan. These one of a kind shows started back in 2011 with the help of Pakistani automotive community and are now held nationwide.

People from different cities across Pakistan swarm to see and showcase their vehicles ranging from tuners to exotic cars including 4x4s and classics. This time around, a rally cum exhibition of vintage cars was held in Lahore and just as expected, a large number of people turned out.

The vintage car rally was organized by Walled City of Lahore Authority (WLCA) inside the walled city. At least fourteen unique cars ranging from 1935 to 1965 models including Mercedes & Beatle Ford participated in the rally.

The Rally began from Delhi Gate and ended at Lahore Fort. Check out some of the pictures of these beautiful cars below.

Owners and lovers of vintage cars in Pakistan were very happy for this opportunity to show their love for classic cars. Many people also commented on the efforts of WLCA for cleaning the Walled City area of Lahore which was pretty bad a couple of years ago.
