Underage driving is a serious violation of traffic laws in many countries of the world. In some of these countries, if someone underage is found driving, they can be charged with a crime.

Underage driving comes with serious consequences, no matter what. This incident that happened today in front of Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad is proof how much lethal things can get.
