Here’s your first look at the Cricket World Cup 2019 trophy

The Cricket World Cup 2019 is just a year away and the excitement has already begun. ICC just unveiled the official trophy of the world cup at a trophy unveiling event in London which was attended by cricket legends and a huge number of fans.

Pakistan’s former skipper, Waqar Younis along with legends from England, West Indies, Sri Lanka and South Africa were present at the event. They not only posed with the trophy but also spent time playing a bit of casual cricket with the fans and children at the event.

The Cricket World Cup 2019 will begin from May 30th, 2019 in England. ICC has already released a full schedule and the format of the tournament which will be similar to World Cup 1992.

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 will kick off on the 30th of May, 2019 with England facing South Africa at The Oval, London, followed by Pakistan Vs. West Indies in Trent Bridge, Nottingham. Check out the full schedule below:
