Following the success of the second edition of Coca-Cola food and music festival in Lahore, the event is headed to Islamabad on December 8th.
Cokefest successfully completed its Lahore episode on 20th November and managed to be one of the best events the city of light has seen in recent times. The food and music festival was a true fusion of food and music.
The festival offered the best of both with a diverse panel of culinary talents which consisted of local chefs who offered a specialized menu for the festival with discounted meals. But the food wasn’t the only highlight of the event.
Musicians like Strings, Ali Sethi, Asim Azhar, Sahara UK, Quadrum, Khumariyaan, Farhad Humayun, Overload, Nabeel Shaukat, Horya Asmat, Malaika Faisal, Waheed Khan and Damia Farood entertained the crowd with their gifted talents. The festival at the Royal Palm Golf & Country Club managed to attract thousands of Lahories in its three-day span.
CokeFest Vs. Islamabad Eat
Just a couple of weeks back, Pakistan’s biggest food festival ‘Islamabad Eat’ took place at the Jinnah Convention Center Gardens. It too was one of the most successful events in Islamabad in a long time.
The food festival was much like CokeFest in Lahore featuring various artists performing on the stage for the entertainment of foodies that were there to enjoy a variety of different culinary experiences.
Will CokeFest be as successful as Islamabad Eat which managed to create 100% family safe event?
