It has not been more than two months that the frontman of Linkin Park, Chester Bennington killed himself in his California home.
Bennington was suffering from depression and it got the best of him. Ever since his death, a lot of people have wondered why his family couldn’t figure out that things went so far away in his head?
Today, Talinda Bennington, Chester’s wife shared a very personal video and photo that shows the Linking Park star eating mystery flavored jelly beans with his children.
This was days b4 my husband took his own life.Suicidal thoughts were there, but you’d. Never kmow. – Talinda Bennington
Surprisingly the video was captured only 36 hours before his death and it showed Bennington happy and content. Similarly, the photo Talinda shared was also just a few days before his death and showed him happy with his family, proving that depression hides very well.
Depression has no face
The photos of Chester Bennington just a day before his death proves that depression has no face. People suffering from depression can start showing signs but you’ll never know how far they have gone.
Talinda agrees suicidal thoughts were there, but there was no way of telling that it had gone so far.
Depression is real! Depression can lead to suicide and often times we don’t take it seriously. If you know someone who is depressed and shares thoughts of suicide, try and help them before they take it too far.
