A wedding day is one of the most special days of any couple. Everyone wants to make sure that it is perfect. Couples try their best to arrange their wedding in a way that it would be remembered by everyone for a long time to come.
One couple from California went to a whole new level by arranging their marriage and couple photoshoot on Mount Everest.
James Sissom and Ashley Schmieder spent nearly a year planning their wedding. They went atop the mountain, bore below freezing temperatures and exchanged their vows at almost 17,000 feet above the sea level.
The couple decided to go to new heights because both of them agreed that a traditional wedding would not suffice. They even had to sacrifice sharing their life event with friends and family. They both decided to tie the knot during their vacation on the mountain.
Sissom and Schmieder’s wedding was shot by Charleton Churchill who is a specialist in adventurous wedding photography. He expressed his feelings on how hard it was to take the pictures with freezing weather. At one point his hands shook because of the freezing cold and his camera equipment stopped working. But he didn’t give up and brought this majestic shoot to life.
