Noori’s beloved Ali Hamza is back with a new track. He joined hands with Karachi Down Syndrome Program (KDSP) to release a new song that aims to spread awareness of down syndrome.

The song ‘Aao Humaray Saath Chalo’ was specifically shot for the purpose of 21st March Down Syndrome Day. The singer/songwriter shot the video alongside many other celebrities of Pakistan.

The song was written by Zehra Nigah and was produced by Rakae Rehman Jamil. It features the likes of Bushra Ansari, Sarwat Gillani, Javed Sheikh, Momal Sheikh, Ahsan Khan, Sheema Kirmani and Anoushey Ashraf.

Nearly 225k people live with down syndrome condition in Pakistan. This includes children and adults alike.

The video intends to encourage people to understand and learn about the condition that millions suffer all over the world. Most don’t see these people as ‘normal’. This is why the celebrities in the video are seen with empowering messages.

Karachi Down Syndrome Program is an organization that was founded by a group of parents who were affected but passionate about advocating its value, inclusion, and acceptance of people who suffer from the condition. They want to provide them with the opportunity to live fulfilling lives.
