Pakistani superhero film ‘Project Ghazi’ has been in the limelight ever since the project was announced.
The film may be in its production phase, but it is creating immense hype through the work being done in the background.
Today, a couple of backstage photos of one of the leading characters, Syra Shahroz were released, and they are a sight to see.
Syra is dressed in ‘leatherish’ costume holding a gun in her hand. The details on the costume show how hard the team is working to bring the project to life.
Behind the Scenes Video
According to producer Ali Raza, about 75% of the production has been completed. The team is hoping to release the film in 2017.
Ali wants to explore a new genre in the Pakistani film industry which is a risky place to experiment in. But he is determined that the film has all the elements that will entertain the audience.
The team is working hard to make sure the movie looks and sounds on par with international movies.
According to the producer, this isn’t going to be a typical superhero movie. You won’t see heroes like Batman or Superman because the production team wants to create characters that fit in the Pakistani scene and are easily relatable with the public.
Raza has promised that the film will tell a very compelling tale. It will not be a mindless movie where the main aim is to showcase massive explosions and 3D effects.
To make sure everything is on par with international standards, the team has developed 3D printed costumes for the heroes and villains. Everything in the film will be top notch.
But Syra isn’t the only one appearing in an action movie. Our very own and favorite Mehwish Hayat is also appearing in an action movie all dressed up to kill!
