Sanam Baloch Is Making A Comeback In Acting After Three Years Of Hiatus

Sanam Baloch, the actress turned TV host is finally making a much awaited acting comeback.

For the past 3 years, actor-host was normally busy doing morning show. She started her hosting career from a talk show on a sindhi channel, where from there she moved onto another channel to do a morning show. In between, the actor-host also took a role in short film.

Her last acting performance was in the TV serial Kankar, which was aired back in 2013. Her absence from television drama has been a hot topic amongst her fans. When she was asked the reason behind not coming back to acting, the actress admitted there was currently nothing that interested her.

But now she’s all set to make a comeback in a short film directed by Sarmad Khoosat and written by Umera Ahmed. Sanam Baloch is all set to play ‘Marium Mukhtar’, the first woman fighter pilot who died in the line of duty.

No release schedule of the short film has been released, but given the topic, it could probably aimed for either 14th August or 6th of September, the Defence day of Pakistan.
